These guys did a great job replacing my old roof. They are one of the few companies that were able to give me an estimate for a new TPO roof. Brenda is absolutely fantastic to work with. Was in need of some new sidings. The ones I had were done! I called a few places and honestly Two Rivers gave me the best price. This is a 2nd generation family owned business. They were able to replace my sidings and saved me from having to buy new shingles because they were really careful. Brenda the owner stopped by to do a walk around, she must have seem something that wasn’t up to her standards and had her workers immediately work on it and make it right. The material they used was good quality. There was zero issues communicating and getting the job done right. 5 stars for the job If I could I’d give them 10. If you need any roofing done make sure to call Two Rivers. Calling them was the best thing I could have done.

This is a family run business. Brenda and her husband, Arazate, were easy to work with. After comparing prices with other roofing companies, we found Two Rivers to be affordable for the type of architectural shingle that we wanted. I also appreciated their professional communication style: No hard sell! We had our wood shake roof replaced with TrueTeed Presidential TL shingles. We also added a skylight to our house, which was completed with the roofing in a timely manner. Their follow-through to our questions was good. They kept to the timeline, which was only extended slightly by the addition of the skylight. Removal was as clean (as could be for shake) and the workers tarped everything outside thoroughly for clean-up. I am very pleased with how our roof looks now. No more worries during July 4th and New Years' Eve over fireworks. I can recommend Two Rivers Roofing. At the very least, let them give you a comparison quote.

(See Update Below) In March 2022, Two Rivers Roofing, Inc. did a complete roofing job. I had a couple of issues after completion but it took many calls to get them back to repair the poor workmanship. The many follow up calls were beyond what would be considered a reasonable reminder.

Fast forward today, in January 2024, I noticed they did not replace all the roof vents per the contract and noticed they did not align some of the attic vent holes with the roof plywood. The ceiling was recently demolished and that is how I discovered their poor workmanship. The attic vents do not line up to the holes in the plywood. There is about 30 to 40% blockage of air flow. Also, they were caught not replacing all the roof vents per the contract. It eventually got replaced. Again, I had many calls to get their attention and they are ignoring their so call "reputable roofing company."

I find it disturbing that one can only judge and evaluate the job on what is visible and find out that they are taking short cuts on areas of the roof where one cannot see. An honest roofer would never do a thing like that. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the State License Board and the Better Business Bureau to have them come out to repair their work.

UPDATE: I spoke to several leadership team members and the matter has been resolved!! I may be a little quick on the trigger after the leadership team members explained their operations and one member was out of the country. That was the reason why I never got a response and another time a team member was on a school science field trip and had no access to the internet.

I’ve been a Realtor for over 2 decades and have worked with many roofing companies over the years. When my client needed a new roof on their property, I made some calls to the companies I had worked with in the past and all were either way above budget and/or weeks out. I checked the Contractors State License Board website and contacted 4 roofing contractors for bids. Brenda at Two Rivers was not only extremely nice and helpful, she had the property inspected & provided a written bid within 24 hrs. plus could start within a week. Arazate personally met with me to select a color. The crew was very professional. Tear-off was cleaned up nicely. They repaired the dry-rot issues and replaced all of the vents & valleys too. The new roof looks GREAT and within our budget! This will definitely help this property sell faster and for a higher price. Two- Rivers will be my first call next time.
